90-Day Guarantee
We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on all Arisson products. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you may return your product within 90 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Within 90 days of the delivery date
- In its original packaging (when possible)
- Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase
Replacement brush heads and accessories that have been opened or used are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at support@arisson.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you'd like to return
- The reason for your return
Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product or variant, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@arisson.com within 14 days of delivery. Include photos of the damage, and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
