At Arisson, we want your oral care products to arrive quickly and safely. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the continental United States. Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $4.99.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days ($9.99)
Overnight Shipping: 1 business day ($19.99)

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package at any time using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not available at this time but is coming soon.

P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

We are able to ship to P.O. boxes and military APO/FPO addresses via standard shipping only.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@arisson.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
